#1 Anything Artisan, Foraged, Or Home-Brewed
Where your brunch food came from is super important. Ingredients sourced locally and from farmers’ markets, or better still, made in your own back garden, are key to an authentic hipster brunch.

Fill up that cool jar with all of your favourite salad ingredients, making sure to put sauces and juices at the bottom so you don’t soak the dry stuff and turn everything into a soggy mess. Jars are awesome for smoothies too.
#4 Love Quinoa
Quinoa is more nutritious than brown rice too, lower on the fat and carb content than either chia or flax seeds. So really, it’s a perfect filler for any brunch meal.
#5 Cauliflower Mash
You think this is mash potato? Think again! Stick cauliflower in your hipster mac’n’cheese instead.
